Refund Policy

LuneEnfant gladly accepts returns of unworn, unused, undamaged or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. All items must be in the original packaging.

In order to get your return processed quickly, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that all sale items and items that have been altered are final sale.

We are happy to assist you exchange / return any item(s) you. You would have to arrange your own shipping method, but we are happy to help facilitate if you kindly let us know. 

We recommend using a Registered post with insurance to return items to LuneEnfant and we advise you to take a copy of your tracking number. LuneEnfant is not responsible or accountable for the loss of items being returned. 


We are happy to send you a replacement for any missing / defective items. If any items are out of stock, you will receive a full refund.

If you would like to return the defective item(s) instead of a replacement, we will issue you a return label.



  1. Email or Whatsapp (+852-5340-3086) to request your Return Authorization Number (RA) within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Include in the email your order number, and which item(s) you would like to exchange/refund and the reasons for your return. Attach any photos or proofs for defective items.
  3. We will respond to you within 48 hours once your request has been received. You will receive an email with your unique RA number and the return address.
  4. Please make sure you send out your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
  5. Once your return is received, we will notify you by email and process your refund/exchange within 10 business days. Please allow an additional 3 days for your refund to appear in your account.



All final sale items are not eligible for exchanges or returns unless there are any defectives. Please contact if you have any questions.
